Baldric
The shoulder sleeve insignia for the 63d Regional Support Command is displayed on the mace, drum, tabard, and baldric. Placed on top of the mace is a star, from the seal of Oklahoma, enclosed by a circular oak wreath adapted from the seal of Oklahoma City; around the base are two waves, representing the Oklahoma River which bisects Oklahoma City, the location of the 395th Army Band. The star and oak wreath is also displayed on the baldric.
